Great Wheat & Whole Grain

Breakfast

 

1/4 C. Whole wheat berries

1/4 C. Oat groats

1/4 C. Whole Rye berries

1 1/2 C. unsweetened apple juice

1/2 C. raisens

1/4 tsp. apple pie spice

Put all ingredients in pot, bring to boil stirring so that the berries don't scorch.  Lower heat to simmer, cover pot and cook for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, until all liquid is absorbed.  Stir and eat this delicious, healthy breakfast.
